SITTING FEE
MINIMUM
$180
Up to 2 Hours, including health breaks. Business hours are from 8AM - 5PM
HALF DAY
$270
Up to 3 Hours, including health breaks. Business hours are from 8AM - 5PM
HOURLY RATE
$90/hr
Between 8AM and 5PM, including health breaks
OVERTIME, WEEKENDS, AND HOLIDAYS
$120/hr
Overtime applies to outside of business hours. Weekends and Holidays are with a minimum of 3hrs attendance
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING
$180
If the client cancels/reschedules within 48 hours to the assignment, the client will be charged the cancellation/rescheduling fee
TRANSCRIPT FEE

The turnaround time starts the next business day for orders placed after 3PM

Average character count is 1,000 per page and 35,000 characters per hour of audio

One hour of transcribed time is approximately 35 pages
